Delete Account Instructions
How to delete your account
- Sign in to Sumsee AI Docs.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to Account and select Delete Account.
- Confirm the secure prompt to permanently delete your account.
What is deleted
- Your profile and personal information
- Your business profile, contact details, and uploaded company logo
- Documents you have generated and stored PDFs
- Private share links
- Your authentication account and active sessions
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required by law, for tax and accounting, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our Terms. Retained records are stored securely and access is restricted.
Subscriptions
If you have an active paid subscription, cancel or manage it through the billing portal before deleting your account. Deleting the account does not automatically issue a refund.
If deletion fails
If you cannot delete your account inside the app, email sumseesupport@gmail.com from the address on file and we will complete the deletion for you.
