Subscription Terms

Plans and pricing

• Free — $0/month. Includes 2 documents per month.
• Pro — $19/month. Includes 20 documents per month.
• Business — $39/month. Includes unlimited documents.

Automatic renewal

Paid plans renew automatically each month on the same billing date until you cancel. Your payment method is charged at the start of each new billing period.

Upgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period, and the new plan limits apply right away.

Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access to the higher plan until the period ends, then move to the lower plan on the next renewal date.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not shorten the current period — you keep paid access until the end of the paid period.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we show an update-payment warning inside the app and Stripe automatically retries the charge. If retries continue to fail, the subscription becomes inactive and the account moves to the Free plan.

Taxes

Prices do not include taxes that may apply based on your billing address. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.
